Review #2: Southwest Region Early Bird week: September 20-24, 2010 On-site review: September 27-October 1, 2010
Review #3: Northeast Region Early Bird week: October 18-22, 2010 On-site review: October 25-29, 2010
Review #4: Northwest Region Early Bird: November 30-December 3, 2010 On-site review: December 6-10, 2010
Review #5: Southeast Region Early Bird week: January 24-28, 2011 On-site review: January 31-February 4, 2011
