After each region is reviewed, the Community Monitor assembles the resulting data into a Power Point presentation, which is shared with the Regional Office staff and provider agencies of the individuals reviewed. The protocol scores are also broken down by region and are then evaluated in three areas: Case Management Agencies, Day Services Providers and Residential Services Providers.
